We prefer to see a new patient at 11:30 am as it gives us the most time to spend with you. If that is just not possible, please call us at 250-869-0097 and we can work something out.

Extended medical coverage:

We direct bill around 30 different insurance companies. If yours is not one of them, we will provide you with a receipt that will allow you to collect from your provider or apply it to your taxes. If your plan covers Acupuncture, it should cover us.
We have seen 3 instances in 25 years where the client needed a MD’s referral prior to treatment. Veteran’s services and WCB have all reimbursed clients over the years but it seems to depend more on the adjuster and less on the written policy. We do not direct bill either of them.

Your appointment:

Your appointment time is being reserved especially for you, which prevents others from accessing our services at that particular time. Therefore, 24 hour cancellation notice is required or the current cancellation fee will be charged – exceptions are made for emergencies.
